 Post subject: ACT Insurance or Brower

I am shopping around for new liability and property coverage and I am torn between ACT Insurance and Brower's artist package? ACT's premium is lower however I am hesitant on how reliable their provider, Stratus Insurance is. Anyone who can share their experience or opinion on either would be appreciated.

Location: Southern VT- Where it only goes to 30 below!
Most exhibitors I know use RLI.
