Pro panels need for Newport Flower Show.

The 9x9 space restriction under a larger tent doesn't allow for use of my tent poles. I'm looking to rent the pro panels and will need help with the set-up and take-down of the panels.
Set-up is Thursday, June 23rd. The show is over Sunday, June 26th. I'd appreciate your passing along this info to any others you know in the New England area who might be able to help.

It's a tough situation. I've started a web site to connect with artists who are willing to rent displays but only three or four people have asked to be listed. I've rented my own Pro Panels a few times for Pittsburgh shows where I live.

A complete set of black Pro Panels just came up for sale (located in Nashville) on my forum.

Don't know if this will help or not, but, a while back when we were confined to a 10x9 indoor space we decided to drill holes in our connecting bars at 9' and 8', so now we can shrink our indoor tent frame down to as small as an 8x8.

We have a LightDome tent, and this solution works fine for us.
